Our delivery consists mainly of IT-based services that are usually delivered to customers with whom we have a supply agreement. The delivery agreement gives us access (and conditions) to the personal data that we need to be able to deliver the services to which the delivery contract relates.
Sometimes we receive assignments from customers who do not have a supply agreement with us. In these cases, we collect the information we need to resolve the case. When you contact us, we may save information about you that is needed to resolve your case. We only collect the information that you provide yourself.We always work according to the principle of collecting as little information as possible. In order to keep your personal data up to date and accurate, we may obtain information from private and public registers.On a regular basis, we also review our personal data and delete what is no longer relevant. Your personal data will not be stored for longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes. Your personal data will be deleted or anonymised when it is no longer relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.Services and data storage
We use several different IT services and IT systems in our business. Some of these systems store information in local systems with us, while other data is stored with one of our suppliers. Data storage takes place both locally with us and in storage units at suppliers. Thus, certain personal data may be stored inside and outside Sweden and the EU's borders. In these cases, our supplier is our data processor who processes the data on our behalf and exclusively according to our instructions.
